Dress like a flapper or as you are, a gangster or a silent film star; it will be enjoyable no matter what you wear; just bring yourself and we’ll take care of the rest!

Tables are on sale now for our Harvest Hope & Healing Annual Dinner Auction Gala, “A Roaring 20s Grand Affair,” on the grounds of the beautiful Rava Winery on Saturday, Aug. 21. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Cancer Support Community-California Central Coast, providing free cancer support to cancer patients and their families.

Members of the community are urged to book their tables of ten today and prepare to dress up for this exciting Gatsby-themed event. The Gala will include a silent and live auction, a delectable steak and salmon meal, local wine, beer, spirits, and Re-trademark Find’s Whiskey Sour. We’d like to thank our Diamond Sponsors, 13 Stars Media, Pear Valley Estate Wine, Erin Hearst, Circle 6 Ranch, Flowers by Kim, and an anonymous contributor, in addition to the fantastic venue given by our Presenting Sponsor Rava Wines and Events. Tenet Health, J Dusi, UCLA Health Hematology/Oncology, SabesWings, Stephen Hearst, and Dr. Mareeni Stanislaus are our Gold Level Sponsors.

We’re going to get through this together, Atascadero

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and all profits benefit the Cancer Support Community’s services for local cancer patients and their families. Furthermore, the donations enable CSC staff and volunteers to continue offering support groups, one-on-one counseling, wellness courses, and education events throughout the year, as well as all of the services that are provided to everyone in San Luis Obispo County at no cost.

The event will meet all county health standards, including socially separated tables, and the event facility will be at 20 percent capacity.

From 5 to 10 p.m., Rava Winery, situated at 6785 Creston Road in Paso Robles, will host the event. Cocktails and wine will be provided, and there will be a silent auction from 5 to 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. While dinner is being served, the live auction will take place from 7:15 to 8:30 p.m. The evening will be rounded off with music and fun. Cocktail clothes or clothing from the 1920s is suggested.
